Since we can't decide which paper line we like best, we flipped a coin and decided to start with Sassafras Lass. Just like last year, Sassafras Lass has added a fun bordered trim to the bottom of their papers again and if you loved the deer and owl from before they are back and even better. This year the paper seemed a little bolder and stronger in their color hues. The new lines are "Happy Place", "Hog Heaven", "Woodland Whimsy" and "Fawnd of You Too". In addition to their new papers the also came out with some new clear stamp sets and new printed chipboard diecuts that coordinate with the new papers. We also re-ordered their "in a stitch" embellishments that sold out so fast from the last show.

One of the new vendors we visited today was Black Market Paper Society. This new company offers funky papers that have an artistic feel to them. Their double-sided paper has a linen texture to it on both sides. The company is so new they don’t even have a website yet. They were nice enough though to give us lots of giveaways for our sold out CHA Crop!

Pink Paislee has two new lines compete with printed stickers and borders with coordinating chipboard pieces. Overlays with glitter accents and new metallic finish papers. The new lines are caled "Pop Fashion" and "Vintage Moon. The great new font they released at the show is called fashion script and the colors match the Pop Fashion line perfectly. I can't wait to play!

Jenni, Jenni, Jenni…where do you get all of your inspiration from? The new Victoria line is breathtaking and don’t be mistaken, as Jenni told us, the colors are not pastel but a butter-cream and a classic green, inspired by the cars of the '50s. We just love how Jenni comes up with great new products to go along with her esisiting lines. A perfect example of this, are her new 4x4 mini albums. She’s designed them to fit her 4x4 printed paper squares. Also new for Jenni at the show are apothecary labels, large and mini bingo cards in vintage black and ivory and crepe paper ribbon. Check out this layout and see how she cleverly used this new ribbon. Thanks for another great release Jenni!
Crate Paper’s line has a different feel to it with bolder colors being used in each of their three new lines, “Prudence”, “Mia, and “Lemon Grass”. New to their collection are their glittered die-cuts, scalloped papers, glitter borders, and epoxy buttons (which we ordered everything of). This release was a real change for them because if you remember their previous releases, their color choices and graphics were much softer.

It’s always pure love with Hambly. I love how they set their own trends and think outside the box. A perfect example of this are these new moustache rub-ons. Come on, we all have a photo or two that’s just calling out for a little added spunk. They took a new twist with some of their papers and printed their graphics on top of a subtle patterned paper. Hopefully you can see what we’re talking about in the pictures. Hambly’s other new items were fun birdcage and bicycle paper and overlays as well as their popular black brocade that is now also available as an overlay.

OK, let me massage my fingers for this one because it’s going to be long. The new release from American Crafts is just full of one surprise after another. They introduced several fabulous collections at the show. “Moda Bella” is a stunning new collection that was inspired by the fashion industry. “Romance” is a sweet new line that will remind you of a yummy box of candy. The “Everyday” collection is a playful yet versatile line with fun, bright colors that will be perfect for just about any layout. The cheerful Christmas collection is a must-have for the holiday season and the new Travel collection will have you ready to book your next vacation. Each of these new collections includes patterned papers, thickers, ribbons, rub-ons, and so much more. A fun new addition to American Crafts line of embellishments is their new “Flair” adhesive badges. These cool little metal badges will add a unique touch to your pages and projects. As if all this wasn’t enough there were even more surprises to be found in their very popular line of alphabet Thickers. Subway, Tinsel, Darling, and Chit Chat are their four new fonts and are available in styles such as foil, puffy and even a new higher density foam. And the best part of all...It starts shipping right away.
